Kay’s journey in the creative industry began as a petite model, but it wasn’t long before she discovered a new passion on the other side of the camera—photography. What started as a fascination quickly turned into a full-fledged career, leading to the signing of a prestigious two-year photography contract with a company that took her on an unforgettable journey across the United States.

During these years of travel, Kay had the opportunity to collaborate with some of the most reputable brands, high-profile models, and influential creators in the industry. These experiences not only helped her hone her craft but also allowed her to expand her network, forming invaluable connections with fellow creatives who would play a pivotal role in bringing the vision of KBC MGMT to life.

With her diverse experiences, keen eye for detail, and passion for both photography and creative collaboration, Kay is now building a powerhouse in the industry, offering a fresh perspective and innovative approach to talent management and photography.

Mike Trevino

Chief Operations Officer

Mike started his career in the entertainment industry as a producer/session musician for various studios in Orlando, Florida. After moving to Virginia to work for an independent record label, he found his passion as a talent agent. Mike dedicates himself to helping others fulfill their dreams, and ensuring the talent comes first.

With +10 years in the photography industry, Will Prides himself on creating Impactful Commercial + Editorial works for clients worldwide. Creating images for numerous corporations and magazines such as Coastal Virginia Magazine, Norfolk Waterside Marriott, Born Primitive, and many more, Will has been excelling in the commercial realm of media production.”

RUNWAY COACH & MIDWEST GENERAL MANAGER

Sam Metli started modeling a 3 years ago as a print model initially, however she has now breached her way onto the runway where she has had the opportunity to model for numerous designers over the the last year. Aside from working in the fashion and commercial industry, she is also the Founder and Owner of her own company on the West coast. Now after 3 years of working in the industry, 2 of which have been as a represented KBC model, and then 2 years of Managing numerous properties in her own business, Sam has now stepped into a leadership roll here at KBC MGMT as the lead Runway Coach and Midwest General Manager.

VICTORIA YODER

Casting Director

Victoria began her modeling career in 2015 in Pennsylvania. After relocating to the DMV in 2018, she modeled from the East Coast all the way to LA before finding her passion in connecting the dots for other people in the industry. Beyond modeling and acting she has transitioned to Casting Director where she continues her love for giving models/talent opportunity and helps to provide clients with a seamless production experience.”

Chiara Sinclair

Casting Director & Producer

With over a decade of experience in the entertainment industry, Chiara Sinclair has established herself as a versatile talent—excelling as a professional model, accomplished dancer, casting director, and producer. She’s graced the runways of prestigious events like New York Fashion Week, LA Fashion Week, and Virginia Fashion Week, while also representing top brands such as UFC and Modelo in New York City. Chiara’s modeling career has led her to some of the most renowned stages in the fashion world, earning her widespread recognition for her striking presence and style.

Behind the scenes, Chiara has earned her place as a skilled producer, organizing viral fashion shows and coordinating high-profile sets. As a dancer for the Norfolk Admirals hockey team and a sought-after performer in music videos around Hampton Roads, Chiara’s passion for performance extends beyond the runway.

With a strong background in entertainment, marketing, and media, Chiara brings a wealth of expertise and experience to her new role as a booking manager at KBC Model Management. She’s excited to contribute her passion, professionalism, and creative energy to the agency, helping shape its continued growth and success.

DANA QUEEN

Head of Talent Development

Dana Queen initially started her career as a freelance model on Instagram, enabling her to grow her following, allowing her to tap into the world of influencer marketing. Through the world of social media she was able to promote her portfolio and employ various marketing strategies, enabling her to start partnering with local photographers, all while working with multiple modeling agencies. This enabled her to become full time in the modeling industry with traveling and per diem included. Some of these experiences landed her huge networking opportunities such as working high end events for the Super Bowl. However, Covid paved a new road for Dana, as she transitioned from modeling to running her very own Social Media Marketing Agency where she now acts as the CEO.

Brandy Cregger

VIRGINIA REGIONAL MANAGER

Brandy Scibelli’s modeling career took off in 2018 in the mid Atlantic region of the United States. Not only a dynamic model with over six years of experience gracing the fashion world, she is also a scholar with a bachelor’s degree in health sciences, bringing both beauty and brains to the table. Her journey in modeling began over half a decade ago, where her striking presence and versatile style quickly made her a highly sought-after talent. Being a top booked model in her agency, Brandy has a desire to help the new and upcoming talent in KBC do the same! Brandy’s passion and dedication to the fashion and entertainment industry shine through, making her a true standout in both modeling and managing.

Tye Savage is a dynamic and passionate artist with over 12 years of experience in the Hampton Roads area, where she’s not only carved out her place as a leading makeup professional but has also climbed the corporate ladder to achieve the coveted CEO title. Known for her innovative approach to makeup, Tye’s mission is to empower individuals to express themselves through the transformative power of “art.” Whether she’s crafting the timeless elegance of a bridal look, enhancing the beauty of models, or creating stunning looks for special events, she is dedicated to delivering nothing short of perfection for every occasion.

Tye’s impact extends beyond her artistry—she is a trailblazer in the beauty community, championing diversity and inclusivity at every turn. As a proud minority woman, she actively celebrates and uplifts both her diverse client base and the LGBTQ community with every collaboration and interaction.

She is a proud graduate of the renowned Paul Mitchell and Makeup Academy, and has received comprehensive training across all hair textures and skin tones, allowing her to deliver impeccable, customized looks that cater to every client’s unique beauty.Throughout her career, Thae has built a reputation for her creativity, versatility, and exceptional attention to detail. She’s had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, from brides seeking flawless wedding day styles to models for fashion shoots and special events. Starting her career in the corporate world as Accountant of a Regional Recycling company, Judith quickly made advances to the Operations Managers of a top rated, four star company on the east coast, where she remained for over 10 years. After hitting exceptional numbers, she started a new business endeavor where she stepped into the role as Co-owner and Founder of a nonprofit Merchandising company supporting the spread of private education. Once she accomplished a successful launch there, she then became a top rated performing Manager of a National Department store chain. Now with over 25 years of experience in the corporate world, Judith has come to help the expansion of KBC Management and take the company to a new, unreached heights.
